Personal Statement
My life is all about golf. I started playing when I was three and a half years old. The first coach I had was my grandfather, who was also an outstanding and keen golfer (He represented Slovenia as a member of the senior men’s team). I was always a very energetic child and played many sports: winter skiing, swimming, tennis and volleyball.
My main goal has always been to become one of the best players in the world. I would love to join a fantastic university where I could share my passion for golf with my teammates. I genuinely believe that by going to America, I will blossom not only as a person but as a golfer as well.
Additional Achievements
- 7x Slovenian national Champion
- Member of the women’s National Team for the last five years
- Represented the Slovenian women’s team at ELATC in Sardenia 2019
- Played the European Olympic Hopes Trophy two years in a row 2017-2018
- Competed in three European US kids championships and won two (Scotland, age 9, 2011; Venice, age 13, 2015)
- Competed in the US kids world championship in America (T10, 2016)
- Played the Evian Championship and became a lifelong member in 2016
- Competed in well over than 200 competitions all over the world
