Personal Statement

For my whole life I’ve always wanted to travel the world as a Professional Golfer. As I’ve got older, I have realised the hard work and determination needed to make it on tour and achieve what I want to achieve. I am willing to do whatever it takes to execute this goal. I also know how important my studies are. I hope to be challenged academically in order to prepare me for life after college and be the best person I can be. Furthermore I am looking forward to being part of a college golf team as it will bring out my passion and desire to do the best I can and it will allow me to gain new skills and knowledge. I feel that a team atmosphere would take my game to another level and help me to better myself as a person and as a golfer. With the golf team I also look forward to helping create the chemistry needed to compete at the highest collegiate level. In addition I can’t wait to step out into a different environment to improve all aspects of my game whilst excelling further into my golfing career and creating lifetime friendships and memories. My dream outcome of college golf is to have a long-lasting and successful career in golf at the top level.
