Personal Statement
For a long time I’ve wanted to be a PE teacher but recently the idea of playing on tour and continuing my golf career has appealed to me. I love being part of a team and being surrounded by like-minded people as it seems to bring out the best in me. I’m prepared and excited to learn from my peers and coaches. I have developed more confidence in my game and am determined to put in the hard work and dedication that is needed to excel in this game. School has always been my priority but now golf is becoming more important to me. However, using my academic capabilities, having a good qualification to fall back on is extremely important to me. I’m excited to experience a new culture, meet new friends, become more independent, and get as much out of college golf as possible. My aim is to improve my golf enough so I will be in thew position to decide whether I have what it takes to go even further.
