I have always loved playing sports of any kind. I particularly excelled in golf and football. I have taken the decision to concentrate on my golf as I believe it is the game that I have the most potential in. I want to compete at the highest level there is and understand that talent is only a small part of the equation to success. I am looking forward to working hard at college to further my golfing ability as well as my academic achievements. I have particularly enjoyed playing for my golf clubs men’s scratch team for the last two years. I also enjoyed beating experienced scratch team players from other clubs and finished both seasons as my club’s highest points scorer. I have relished working with former US Open winner Alison Nicholas who has opened my eyes to understand better the efforts needed to get to the highest level. I can’t wait to begin the next step in my golfing journey and look forward to being a very successful part of a collegiate team.
