Personal Statement
I am a very ambitious and competitive golfer. I have enjoyed my first two years as a college golfer very much. The competition environment is where I thrive. I enjoy training with others and being able to challenge one another to reach new levels in our game. These past two years have made me realize that I still have potential in golf and I’m ready to do whatever is necessary to unlock this potential. I have been able to improve my confidence in my game on course and already seen massive improvements in the consistency of my score but I know I can still go lower. That’s why I would love to join a highly competitive team that has great facilities and coaches that will allow me to bring my game to the next level. I would like to be able to compete in nationals and am willing to do whatever it takes to reach this goal with my team. My biggest goal is to compete at a professional level after the end of these next two years! I look forward to competing against and amongst the best golfers the sport has to offer. I am also looking to be challenged not only on the golf course but also in the classroom. I am very passionate about my major!
