Personal Statement

I am studying Biology, Chemistry and Spanish at A-Level with a view to study Dentistry which currently I have a work placement once per week. Proud to be part of my college golf team competing in the AoC Intercollegiate Golf Tour.

Hard working, fully committed and determined to achieve my goals in both education and golf.

I was born in the Canary Islands, Spain and this is where I started playing golf. Following a move to England I became a member of the County U12’s squad at the age of 10 and have progress through the squads U14’s, U16’s and now Lancashire U18’s.

My home golf club is Royal Liverpool where I represent the club in competitions around the country as part of the team and on an individual basis. I am also a member of other courses, parkland and links, to further my golfing skills.

I spend time on all aspects of my game with the assistance of my coaches, Oliver Whitley- Swing Coach, Charlie Markert-Short game and Jordan Massey- Putting.

During winter college breaks, I return to Tenerife in the Canary Islands for warm weather practice where I am a member of Amarilla Golf Club.

The opportunity to play college golf in the USA, I feel would be a great way to elevate my game. Playing against the best players in every tournament provides great experience which I can then take into playing professionally. Alongside being able to earn a degree, this would be amazing!
